Questions
Can you fix a cordless tool that won't charge?
We test the pack and the charger separately. Often one of them is fine, and we only replace what failed.
Do you handle warranty repairs?
Yes, for the brands we're an authorized dealer for. We handle the paperwork with the manufacturer.
Is it worth fixing an older corded tool?
Often yes. A switch or brushes cost a fraction of a replacement, and older corded tools are built to be serviced.
